"A Laughable Blessing"

“And Sarah declared, ‘God has brought me laughter, and everyone who hears

about this will laugh with me.’” Genesis 21:6

Let me talk to the those who’s been waiting.

The one who’s cried herself to sleep more nights than she can count…

The one who keeps showing up strong while silently asking God, “When is it my turn?”

The one who’s been planting seeds in a dry season, with no sign of harvest, yet you keep watering the ground with your faith.

I came to tell you, Get ready to laugh.

Not a chuckle.

Not a polite little giggle.

But a deep, gut-level, throw-your-head-back, “I can’t believe this is my life” kind of laugh.

Because just like Sarah, you’re about to see the manifestation of a promise that once felt impossible. Sarah was old. Her time had passed or so it seemed. But God had not forgotten her. And when He showed up, He didn’t just meet her expectation…  He exceeded it.

She laughed, not from disbelief, but from joy because when the miracle finally arrived, it was so much bigger, bolder, and more beautiful than anything she had imagined. And what did she say?

God Will Make You Laugh

“God has brought me laughter, and everyone who hears about this will laugh with me.”

That’s the kind of God we serve. He doesn’t just bless you, he makes it so good that even people watching your story unfold will have no choice but to join in the joy. Even your haters will have to admit, “That had to be God.”

So if you’re still waiting, still hoping, still praying, don’t you dare give up now. The longer the delay, the louder the laugh. The greater the struggle, the grander the breakthrough.

God is going to show you a vision so outrageous, so divinely absurd, that you’ll laugh and cry all at the same time. He’s going to place a blessing in your hands so unimaginable that you’ll stop questioning how, and start rejoicing over Who did it.

You’ve been faithful.

You’ve endured.

You’ve sacrificed.

You’ve waited.

You’ve prayed through tears.

You’ve stayed faithful in the field while everyone else seemed to be harvesting.

And now…you’re next.

So hold on, woman of God.

Your laughter is loading.

Your miracle is maturing.

And your joy is about to be contagious.

Keep pushing.

Keep believing.

And get ready to LAUGH because your time is coming.

You Will Become Contagious

God is about to whisper something in your ear that will make you laugh. He’s going to show you something about your future that’s so outrageous, so wild, and so perfectly designed for you, that you’ll have to pause and say, “Only God.” He’s going to magnify your request so large that even you won’t be able to believe it until it’s in your hands. And when He does it, it won’t just bless you—it will make others laugh with you.

Your joy will be contagious. Your testimony will be undeniable. Your laughter will echo through generations.

So keep pushing.

Keep trusting.

And don’t silence your hope.

God’s not done with your story—He’s just getting to the best part.

Prayer

Dear God,

Thank you for the spirit of "Laughter". Thank You for being faithful even when our hearts grow weary in waiting. Help us to be like Sarah, may we find joy in Your perfect timing and laughter in Your fulfilled promises. You turn disbelief into delight, sorrow into songs of praise, and long seasons of silence into testimonies of Your goodness.

Teach us to trust you more and more each day and believe that no word from You will ever fail, for we know in Your time, every promise will come to past.

Thank you for sharing this moment with me. May God continue to fill your day with laughter, as you grow in grace, strength and the knowledge of his love for you.
