Our Promise to You ✨

At Beyond The Beauty, every product is created to uplift, inspire, and remind you of the power within. If your item isn’t what you hoped for, don’t worry we’ll make it right. You have 30 days to return or exchange anything unworn, unused, and in its original condition. And if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll joyfully replace it, no questions asked.

Returns & Exchanges: Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment once the item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are usually non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, we’ll happily exchange your item. Customers must cover return shipping,unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, items such as worn clothing, used mugs items cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days so we can quickly send a replacement at no cost to you.

How to Return Your Beyond The Beauty Merchandise

Email us at info@beyondthebeauty.com the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for your return.

Receive Return Instructions 📦

We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and any additional steps.

Package Your Item 🎀

Place the item(s) in the original packaging (if possible).
Make sure the items are unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags.
Include a copy of the invoice with your name, order number, and whether you’d like a refund or exchange.

Ship It Back 🚚

Send the package to the address we provide.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. (Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error, like a damaged or incorrect item.)

Refund or Exchange 💳

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method or ship your exchange.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear in your account.
